Why Jobreach

Most job tools help you apply to more places. Jobreach helps you write to the right person while the opening is still fresh, with a resume made for that one job.

Jobreach grew out of a real job search. It taught us three things.

Fresh posts get read.
The fastest replies came to posts only hours old. Posts three days old mostly got polite acknowledgements.
Write to the company.
Every reply came from a post by a founder, someone on the team or the company itself. None came through a recruiter or a reposting page.
Small companies answer.
Replies came from startups and small companies of roughly 10 to 200 people. None came from larger ones.

Tell us once. We do the legwork.

  1. Tell us once

Upload your CV, add your GitHub and the roles you want. One form, a few minutes. No interview and no boxes to tick.

  2. Get a resume for every role

Jobreach builds one strong one-page resume for each kind of role you want, using only what you gave it. Change anything before you start.

  3. See what fits you

Openings are checked and scored against your own work: what matches, what is missing, and how fresh the post is.

  4. Open one, read it, press Send

The letter and a resume made for that job are ready. Send it from your own inbox, then log the reply when it comes.

A different resume for every opening.

Same person, same facts. Jobreach starts from the right resume, then reorders and trims your own lines to fit the job. It adds nothing.

PROJECTS

PixelForge Image Processing API

Stack: Python, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, Docker

  • Moved processing to a Celery worker pool, handling about 60 images per second on a four-core machine without blocking requests.
  • Built an image-processing API for resizing and watermarking uploads, so small shops stop editing product photos by hand.
  • Secured the API with key-based auth and per-key rate limits, returning clear 429 responses with retry-after headers.

TutorLink Tutoring Marketplace

Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Tailwind CSS

  • Prevented double-booked slots with a database exclusion constraint rather than application checks that race under load.
  • Rendered listings with Next.js server components over PostgreSQL through Prisma, keeping the client bundle small on low-end phones.

Splitsy Shared Expense Tracker

Stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, MongoDB

  • Settled each group's debts in at most n-1 payments with a greedy min-cash-flow algorithm instead of pairwise repayments.

SKILLS

Found once. Matched only to you.

Openings are collected and checked once, then shared, so nobody waits for a search. The match is yours alone: your skills, your projects, your years.

Match with gaps

  • Python: yes, in every project
  • No FastAPI or RAG work yet

Only the opening is shared. Your resume, your match scores and your letters are never shown to anyone else.

How Jobreach describes you on day one

You're a final-year student looking for backend and full-stack internships.

  • Internships first, with the stipend floor you set.
  • Batch-year and CGPA limits in a post are checked before anything is written.
  • Unpaid onsite posts are skipped, unless you say otherwise.

Built to protect your name.

Every letter goes out under your name, to someone who may hire you. These rules are in the code, not in a policy page.

Nothing goes out unless you say so.

Jobreach finds, checks, writes and files. You press Send, or turn on Send for me and it sends a few a day, in the hours you choose, after you've had time to read them. It never submits an application for you, and there is no bulk send.

Nothing made up

Every line on your resume comes from your CV, your projects or your GitHub. A number we can't find in what you gave us does not go on the page.

Only published addresses

We write to an address only when the company published it for hiring, in the post or on its careers page. We never guess one.

careers@kitebox.example from the post riya@kitebox.example guessed

No LinkedIn scraping

We never log in to LinkedIn or copy anything from it. A post you paste yourself stays private to you and is never added to the shared pool.

Yours to delete

Your CV, resumes and letters are private to your account. Delete all of it from your profile whenever you like.

Questions people ask

Does Jobreach send emails for me?

Only if you ask it to. By default each letter waits in your Gmail drafts with the resume attached, and you press Send. If you turn on Send for me, letters that passed every check go from your own Gmail, a few a day inside the hours you choose, and you can stop any one before it goes.

Will it put things on my resume that I haven't done?

No. Every line comes from your CV, your project notes or your GitHub. Jobreach reorders and trims your own lines for each job. If a claim or a number can't be found in what you gave it, it is left out.

Where do the openings come from?

From public job boards that companies run themselves and from the careers pages of companies we have checked, collected once and shared by everyone using Jobreach. You can also paste any post you find, and it stays private to you. Nothing is taken from LinkedIn.

How does it decide who to write to?

Only addresses a company published for hiring: an address in the post first, then one on its careers page. A named hiring manager or founder comes before a general mailbox, when the post gives one. Addresses are never guessed.

Do I attach the resume or send a link?

Either. Download the one-page PDF made for that job and attach it, or share a private link to it that you can turn off later.

Is it only for students?

No. Students looking for internships, new graduates and experienced engineers switching jobs all get openings matched to their stage and years of experience.

How long does setup take?

One form: your CV, your links and the roles you want. Jobreach builds your resumes from it without a long questionnaire, and you can change anything before you start.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Everything you uploaded and everything made for you can be deleted from your profile, and it is removed from your account for good.

Start with one form.

Upload your CV, choose your roles, and see your resumes in a few minutes.
